Dr. McKague and Dr. Paquin at an ORC meeting
Through a strong partnership with our clinical leadership, we’re reinventing the veterinary hospital industry.
Our Approach
The best outcomes are achieved when our clinicians and hospital leaders have a strong voice in operational and clinical decisions. That's why we created two leadership groups–the Medical Advisory Board (MAB) and the Operating Review Committee (ORC)– run by our doctors and hospital managers. Collectively, they help our corporate leadership team drive:
ENGAGED COMMUNICATION
The MAB and ORC leaders bridge the gap between the hospital and the boardroom, providing expert guidance and collaboration on operational and clinical issues.
EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
Our clinical industry leaders understand the day-to-day reality of running a hospital, and maintaining active communication with them allows us to proactively improve both patient care and client experience.
CONTINUOUS INNOVATION
We believe the most meaningful growth comes from challenging the status quo, and we always welcome critical feedback, as well as new ideas and strategies, from every level of Companion.
